Team with perspective

I am jungle main player and it is hard to play ranked without communication. Once I understood that making a ranked team it's much better , then I made some calls and we decided that we want to take it seriously . That's the main points of what we need *A top lane player ( we have one, but the guy is not experienced so we might need to replace him )

*A jungle periodically ( Even i am team captain , i am playing with a team not enough time, i am In United States and the time differences... bla bla bla....So we need a jungle to play when i can not play )

*A mid lane player ( Our mid laner is really good but he has poor internet sometimes , and he is not able to play all the time , that's why we are searching for mid lane just in case )

The main language we are speaking is Romanian and Russian , we know English as well , we use skype and Team Speak. Even we are taking the game seriously , this is mainly for fun , We are looking forward for people silver-gold ,who we can teach our tactics , or people platinum+ who can play with us as well )
