Looking for team for flex, I'm Silver 4 in solo/duo but bronze 5 in Flex.

Hi i recently climbed out of bronze playing alone, i have no problems with the soloq, but since i'm bronze 5 in flex, i'm getting a lot (really a lot) of trolls in my matchs, so i'm looking for a team to play flex, don't missunderstand me i don't want carry, just people that play serious and don't troll in flex, i main top and supp also can play jg and mid but just a few champs. I have a mic and discord but english is not my native language, if u are ok with this, add me. Thx.
