Seeking a good League Crew to run with

I am looking for a League of Legends crew to run with. I am level 12, working my way up to eventually run Ranked. But I am tired of playing with Random's and hoping that maybe... just MAYBE, I'll team with people who aren't worse than I am..

If you want to join up with me, if you are a low level like I am, if you want to game with someone who is lane responsible and dependable. Please message me. I posted a link to show my latest pvp match and most successful PVP match. Note that I have played alot more since those video's and feel I have gotten EVEN better.
