Top lane looking for team

I'm a top lane i mainly play tanks but i can play a few carries also i'm silver 5 i play with alot of diamond friends so i'm a little better than what my rank says i am. My strength is team fighting and i either go even or i stomp in lane and my weakness is map awareness and wave control. i try my hardest even when be hide. I wouldn't say my map awareness is horrible but my tele ganks are kinda eh but thats about it
