LF any role, adc/jg preferred for Bronze to Silver rank up

I am sup/mid/top, mostly play sup in ranked. I want to get out of bronze (to silver) but mostly can't cuz my team suck, however can't call myself stable either, but usually don't feed. Currently in B2 ,want to get to Silver or higher. ** I have a team with which I play in Normal 5x5 in a Gold Tier.** (As you may guess I can't rank up with them cuz they are gold). You should be Silver or higher in the previous season or at least b1. I prefer not to play with toxic players, as it decreases moral of team and creates wasted time also reducing focus, as a result** creating very dereased efficiency and utilzation in the team. ** add me to friend and note/message me that you want to rank up (or whatever identifying this issue) or just respond below.
