Recruting for a Ranked 5s Team

Hello EUW summoners, I'm looking to create a ranked 5s team, my goal is to reach diamond with the team,its not going to be easy to reach so I'm looking for serious and motivated players.

The requirements are:

1: Excellent English. Communication is key to a strong team, don't want any communication error in game

2: Gold 5 or higher in solo queue. This is just so we don’t have to try out as many players that are not as likely to have the skills we seek.

3: A free schedule which means be able to play at least 4 times a week.We will set the actual schedule for play once we gather a solid rooster, but in order to keep up with the meta and practice your mechanics, you need to be able to spend a decent amount of time on LoL. We will usually play in the evening

4: An open, mature and constructive mind. No team is perfect from the start, and we all play LoL for two reasons: To have fun and to win. In order to build a strong rooster, you need to be able to adapt to the team, realise your own mistakes and not frown upon the mistakes of others.

5: A broad champion-pool, I need you to be flexible and adjust to fit the team-comp.

6: Skype or curse voice ( prefer curse voice )
