Plat Support LF Ranked Team

I am currently Plat in solo queue and have previous Plat ranked team experience as well as Diamond 3s for the past few seasons. I currently main Soraka, Nami, Thresh, and Leona roughly in that order though I can adapt to other champions as the team needs them.

I'm hoping to get into a team that is at least Plat as well or its player consist of all Plat+ members.
