S5 ADC Looking to join or form a team.

Really looking for a team to play ranked 5's with, I have solo queue experience to silver 5 (currently in promos to s4) I also have Silver 4 Ranked Team experience. I am good at analyzing and breaking down games. Looking to improve my game play, and general mechanical skill level, if you would like to talk add me(Hyphenated). My main champs are

If I am going to form a team, it would be 3 practices a week, 2 normals with reviews of them via replays. and 2 days of ranked 5's generally night time, but can also do day time to fit schedules.
