Optimal eSports is a growing eSports organization with multiple competitive teams in CompeteLeague's Premier and Open Leagues. One of our teams (the one in the Gold/Platinum Open League), is currently without a coach. We're looking for interested players with game knowledge who are interested in coaching P4-D4 players! IGN: Sariat1 Rank: P5 Previous Coaching Experience, if any: None Any Further Notes: I cast a weekly competitive series, so I know my way around general and specific strategy for most champs and team comps. I'm also pretty good at identifying optimal rotations and teamfight setup.

IGN:Stevejones92 Rank:P5 Previous Coaching Experience, if any:In an old game called Day of Defeat: Source. Any Further Notes: Don't mind my rank, if you are concerned have a chat with me. Im looking to participate in a team but my schedule isnt steady enough for that, so coaching is a good alternative. I'll just say that I specialize in original ideas and would look to build a solid team of players that are not a generic copy of lcs players in both champ picks and playstyles. I build the individual to understand why they do what they do and to evaluate a situation and adapt.

P.S: I do have coaching experience in a game called Day of Defeat: Source, a shooter game, where I would take pub players I found and make them better than pretty much everyone except myself.

Previous Coaching Experience, if any: Season 1 player and previous head coach for Mirage eSports, specifically Mirage Resolute. Employed several training regimens and drills, controlled pick/bans, worked with players in a 1v1 setting, and ensured all players were in understanding of the meta as well as the strategies imposed. Organized spread sheets and goals

Any Further Notes: Played competitive Call of Duty for 4 years and LoL for 2, I know what it takes to get in the mind set to win every, single, game.

Will look to improve myself and gain experience in helping other players get better
