Top Laner tooking too make a a ranked 5s high silver-gold

I will be playing top lane and looking for players to make a ranked 5s team with. prefer high silver at the lowest but looking to make a gold team. Please have voice coms of either skype or curse, be 18 and not a rager. Also be able to take constructive criticism and learn from mistakes, cause everyone has bad games.
