Casual as f**k jungler looking for team/duo (silver probably)

So, I've been silver for about three years now, and after a big push last season to try and make gold, I kind of lost heart. Now i'm back, but with a busier schedule to try and possibly get to at least gold. Last season I played a lot of ranked 5s as tanky junglers, and have since sort of converted to fighter/assassin jungles with tanks still being close at heart, but I realize they have some what fallen out of the meta.

In short, I'm looking for a team that would mind some time constraints, or a duo partner that wouldn't mind a casual climb to gold, and maybe further. Mostly looking for laid back individuals to sort of chill with and improve.

Strengths: -Good map awareness. -Good objective control. -Good team fight focus and positioning. -Decent mechanical skill. (Probably a 6/10)

Weaknesses: -I lack early game pressure (typically). -Bad habit of falling behind either from lack of farming or failed ganks. -Fairly susceptible to counter-jungling.
