Plat Player looking for a team

I am currently in Plat and am looking for a tournament team to join. I play top and jungle. My schedule is monday - friday after 9pm CST and free all the time on weekends. December 16th - January 4th I am available everyday all day. I can stream as well on my twitch channel that I do want to start getting serious into.
