Reached my Gold promos and lost

I finally got to my series for Gold for the 2nd time in 7 years and I lost the series for the 2nd time. 7 years playing league and never have i been to Gold. I've lost every game except for 1 since I lost my series I'm down to 14lp and I've lost all motivation to try or even play the game at all. What do I do to rekindle the flame? (doesn't help that I'm always solo)

Don't tilt man, last season I landed in bronze 1, I fought my way to gold. Before I got there I went from silver 2 to 5 about 6 times back and fourth. Figure out a way to not tilt, and most importantly learn something from every game. If you're having a bad game just chill, learn to get carried when you have too. Just play smart and encourage your team to do the same.
