[LFG][LFP][[LFM] G4 - Looking for partners to grind ranked over the weekend (Sorry for long read)

Hey summoners, First of all, sorry for the long read, I'm a very straight up and descriptive person.

I'm preparing to grind ranked over the weekend to reach high Gold or maybe low Platinum if everything goes well. I'm currently looking to join or add people to my club that I can play with during the weekend.

I'm a Jungle main, but lately I've been struggling really hard to close out games as a Jungler and I've been doing VERY WELL as ADC so I'll most likely be spamming ADC; depending on who I might be playing with.

If you are wondering what I can offer:

-Pretty good in-game objective shot calling. I used to play competitive cod, so now I naturally thrive at being a in-game voice leader and trying to inspire players to play better.

As JUNGLE -Early game map pressure -Objective pressure -Warding (If we are serious about this and you can carry me late game, I have no problem playing weak late game champions that buy sighstone- Rek'Sai, Lee Sin, Elise) -80% of the time either I'm ahead or I get my team ahead in the early game -I know very well how to choke a single lane, if you want to create strong duo- I can get you really ahead of your lane (assuming you can carry me late game as I put my time into your lane). -High champion pool, I can play almost any champion in the jungle, and adjust my play style to fit the team comp best. If I am with a established team, I have no problem playing champions that benefit a specific team comp.

As ADC -Passive laning phase (Unless I have a god support, I don't like playing aggressive, I rather play passive and farm till mid-late) -Most likely will play Caitlyn as I have the best performance and win rate on her. Followed by Sivir, Jinx, Lucian/Anything else. -Average CS'ing skills (If even lane, I average around 100-120 cs at 20 minute mark. As I'm playing more ADC, I will be practicing a little bit in bot games before the weekend to get better). -I know how to build my champions correctly, unlike some adc players. -I know the in-game strengths of my champions to win the game (Not like dmg output, but what I do best to win, like siege towers, team fights, etc.)

Requirements: -Be GOLD or higher. At the very least, minimum is Silver 1 or Silver 2 with 50%+ win rate and you play champions that can synergize well with mine. -50% + win rate -Respectful, be mature, be positive, be more focused on winning then loosing. -Be open to criticism, we are all trying to get better, tell me when I'm doing something wrong, and allow me to tell you if you're doing something wrong with angry sparks flying.
-Not get discouraged after one loss. I used to have a rule back when I played competitive cod, when my team would lose a match, we would play until our wins would cover the loss on the page. I wan't to run with the same mindset!

Optional but highly preferred -Speak good English and have a microphone -Have a one of the following programs to talk: Curse Voice or Discord. I prefer not to use Skype because I don't like adding people I don't know on Skype. If you want to use Team Speak, you'll need your own server, I do not have one but I don't mind using the program. -Would be great if you were a Support Top or Mid main, a lane that wouldn't clash with mine (JG/ADC).
