LF players who think they are good enough to be pros

Hello, everyone I'm currently thinking about forming a NA LCS team, I would own it and not play on it. So I'm looking for all positions, I believe I have enough money to form one. So if anyone has highlights put a link down below and I'll consider you.

Note: This may not happen because I don't know the price or where to apply but I am looking into it as an investment.
