Looking for gold-diamond support duo. (Currently P4, previously D3)

Looking for a dedicated support duo to reclimb through the ranked ladder for this next season. I am currently Plat 4, but was previously Diamond 3. I dropped down to gold due to inactivity as I took a 9 month break from the game. Since starting to play again last week I've gotten back to Plat 4 and would like to start gearing myself up for the next season.
