LF duo partner high silver/low gold

I am a (recently demoted) silver 3 player. I try to main either support or adc, but fill anywhere if needed. The only position I HATE playing is jungle. I have lost two series just this season to get to gold. I had a silver duo partner to get into silver 1, but his pc doesn't work and we can't play together anymore. I usually play pretty passive and farm, and try to wait on ganks. If anyone wants to duo that is high silver or low gold, Lemme know. I don't mind supporting, or playing adc or even swapping it up to see what works best. I am going to take a break from solo queue until I can find a partner and just practice in norms.
