Must be a serious and competitive player. No toxicity. Someone who's goal is to grind out games and gain elo asap. I look for someone who, first and foremost, pushes objectives in game hard, and knows which ones to pursue. when. Also someone who deals damage/ tanks damage. Someone who does good with xp and cs'ing. And finally someone who doesn't die alot. We will not be using VOIP. My main roles are support and jungle.
