LF someone sane to duo with out of this silver/gold elo hell

Looking for someone to duo with to get out of this elo and is on a lot. Voice chat is ok but mainly looking for someone that can actually just play the game and not try to pop off in the first 5 minutes. I generally am playing mid with anything else as secondary. Add Wintur in game if you want to play.
