Sorry, have to re-do didn't realize the picture was a format, lol.

IGN: Domino Zero

Rank: Gold 4 - ATM

Role: MID

Top 5 champs: Can play mostly anything, but i'm most comfortable with: Cassiopeia, ASol, Viktor, Orianna, Azir, etc.

Timezone: EST, I can play at the times on the schedule.

Strengths: Laning, teamfighting, being able to accept critizim, work hard, and also I'm loyal, so I don't quit after one or two bad games.

Weaknesses: I sometimes don't call out certain mias, or if the jungler can gank, I won't call it.

Shot Caller: I can be, but prefer not to and to focus on my lane more.

Comms: Curse. Skype, DC, I prefer Discord.

Availability: Available everyday after 5 or 6 pm EST

Messaging: I can use something outside of League

Requirements: I meet them

Why you should choose me: Well i really enjoy playing in a team environment and working to improve our team/teammates skill. I also enjoy chatting and getting to know people.
