Silver III (S5) Gold IV (S3,S4) Top Main LF Ranked Duo and/or Team

Hi, I'm looking to join a team or make a duo with pretty much anyone. I want to join a team/duo because I'm getting tired of trying to play in Solo Queue Ranked and being uncoordinated with whatever team I am in. As in the title, I'm currently Silver III in Season 5 and was Gold IV in Seasons 3 and 4.

On weekends and holidays I'm usually available almost the whole day.
