Making ranked team, semi- casual.

I'm looking for people to play with and make a ranked team. The team will pretty easy going, there will be a few rules, some guidelines to follow like possible days you can make it but we won't beat you with a stick if you miss a day. The playing time is 10pm ct and onwards usually.

Any rank is welcomed, just no raging (this means at enemy, teammates, giving up easily etc..), have the will to improve and take criticism. Be flexible, and responsible. We prefer that you are able to communicate with the team, via curse, skype etc..

Are you capable of taking constructive criticism?- Will you listen to the shot caller/ are you yourself a good shot caller?- Why do you feel you would be a good fit for the team?- Will you download required program for communication?

Besides that, since the team isn't yet formed practice days and things like that would be discussed once we got our group together. For now the only time required is to be on at about 10pm ct. I predict the team forming will take a few days so i will probably run tryouts and one on one sessions to get to know you in the meantime.

As for me, I am usually a jungle main transitioned from playing mid and previously support. I am more team fight oriented, and dragon/baron control oriented. I prefer to play jungle atm but would consider giving up the role if needed.
