Sure! So I mainly play Fizz top lane as a bruiser and not as an AP assassin. The support champions that I have trouble with are those with hard CC and some tankiness (think 
). In this case, a Leona is a perfect Fizz counter in my opinion because she has a point and click stun which she can follow up with her ult very easily.
Roaming to Fizz's lane in the early game to gank him is also very unpredictable for the Fizz and always frustrates me. Most top lane Fizz players usually don't take flash, so you could take advantage of this and lvl 1 invade on the Fizz. In the mid-game it's crucial to track Fizz's movements and get vision on the sides since Fizz's ult has a really long range.
I could go more in-depth but countering Fizz depends more on his lane opponent and their jungler, rather than your support champion pick.
