Diamond 5 Mid Looking for SERIOUS team to grow together and do tournaments

Hi, I'm Chaplin and I am currently looking for a team that can play meta champions (or not if it works). I want an actual serious team, that will have a schedule and play very often (at least 4-5 days a week).

My champion pool is : Orianna, Syndra, Zed, Jayce, TF, Xerath

My time zone is : EST (I cant play between 1pm - 12am most days)

I'm not looking for an all diamond team but I'd like everyone on the team to be at least Plat+

Why platinum+? Does Platinum signify the ultimate suckage? I'm silver but have over 4k normal games and have been playing since closed beta. I bet my mechanics are just as good as yours. I'm missing something but if someone could teach me id be a force to be reckoned with. 800+ games in ranked this season for me. So if you want a teammate with dedication thats me.

I am currently Plat V, but started Bronze V this season, so I have been improving and hope to be diamond soon (early next season at this point). I am a consistent ADC that would love to learn from someone with experience and improve with a team.
