LFM ranked 5s team silver/gold+, trying to make a serious esport team

I would eventually like to form a serious team to compete in the esport scene, but for now I am looking for a couple more silver/gold+ elo players to tryout and play some ranked team 5s. This starter team will be used to expand/improve the roster and offer criticism of its players; we will see how far we can climb the ladder with altering subs.

Requirements:

  1. 17+ with voice communication and mature/passionate attitude towards esports etiquette
  2. flexible champion pool with the drive to test different champions as they flow through the meta
  3. be able to practice consistently, we will discuss scheduling once we get a prototype team setup

I'm still working on getting out of bronze due to horrible games, but I am a jg/support main that can play all meta champions currently. I'm 16, but I am mature for my age and have participated in multiple competitive events over multiple game formats and skill levels.

support/adc here i'm gold 4, just finished placements.

i'm looking for a fun team to climb the ranked 5's ladder with and take part in some events.
