Teammates needed for Ranked or +IP

Sick of having afk teammates and trolls. I would like to get out of Bronze. So trying to put a little team together to FSU... if you can help hmu! I main support and top, but I'm decent at all positions. also will play with anyone in urf or Normal draft for +IP. will gift skins occasionally
