Semi-Serious Team looking for plat+ Jungler!!!

We are looking for a plat+ jungler to play for our ranked 5vs team. Currently we are silver 1 but have great mmr, we skipped our promos to silver 1 from silver 2 and plan on getting to gold soon as we get 30+ lp per win. I am currently the lowest ranked member of the team sitting at gold 3. We are looking for somebody that would want to do tournaments, no trolling or raging. Skype is a must.

Strengths: Decision making skills, Shot calling dragon/baron, Communicating with team to make/plan efficient ganks. Weaknesses: Vision Control, Countering wards, counter jungling. Skype (Y/N): Yes. Ranked 5vs experience: In a 5v5 team in plat. Our MMR is ridiculously high as we play Challenger/Master Tier players such as (Aniratak, Rohammers, Lalaisland, etc.) Additional comments: I am looking for another team to join because I enjoy the competitive gameplay, and I am a very active league player available almost all day.
