Plat IV-III jungle/top main looking for a Team Rank 5 people

Hey guys I'm currently plat IV. I got to Plat III few months ago before worlds and kinda lost the motivation to keep climbing since all my friends pretty much jerk around Gold Division.

I want to play more as a team to enjoy the competitive feel.

I do a good jungle/top and decent support.
