5s Ranked Team (Tryouts)

Hello everyone, my name is ZeroandBosS. Now today, I want to create 2 kinds of ranked teams. One for gold+ players, and another for bronze-silver players. Now, anybody can join either after a tryout and they must meet certain standards listed below such as--\

For Gold+ Players -Be Gold -At least 4 champs used in your preferred role -Skype/Curse -Age??? -Gender

For Bronze+ Players -Be Bronze or Silver -At least 3 champs used in your preferred role -Skype/Curse -Age??? -Gender

So if possible, for whichever team you want to join, tell me why you want to join, if you have skype/curse, and what gender you are. Thank you all, and have a wonderful day.
