Bronze/Silver mid laner looking for team.

Hi, I'm a bronze 2 midlaner looking to join a bronze/silver team. I'm fed up with solo q so I'm looking for a non-toxic team with whom I can communicate so I can enjoy the game and play on a more strategic level. I've played about 600 ranked games (mostly in the mid lane) the past 2 seasons, in which I climbed from b5 to s5, then was re-drafted into b5, climbed back to b1, then demoted back to b2.

I'm 19 and I'm on EST. I'm down to play after about 6pm until 2am on the weekdays and pretty much all day on the weekends. I only have Skype at the moment but I can download something else if needed.

Champs: I'm most comfortable playing the champs on the left and least comfortable playing the ones on the right, but I'm good with all of them.

Strengths: Quick reactions and strong teamfight mechanics. I almost always lead CS for both teams in bronze solo q matches. If I can get an early advantage on champs like for example, I will be a monster in mid and late game team fights (as long as I can get a good setup/followup from teammates). I also have a lot of game knowledge in terms of itemization and champion strength.

Weaknesses: Racking up too many deaths from fighting. When I get ahead I get tempted to go ham and try to get a bunch of kills. lately I've been much better about not doing this and just farming instead, however.
