LF Dedicated Coaches and Analysts (MACRO AND/OR MICRO) TS3 Required

As the title suggests, I am searching for a number of dedicated coaches and analysts at all levels of play for the numerous teams that I manage. If you're interested, please add me in game and also post here if possible.

Giving constructive criticism is key (ex: what went wrong, who made the mistake and why, decision errors, etc...),however please respect the players. Not looking for coaches or analysts who plainly say: "That was completely your fault because you suck" etc...

Note that Teamspeak3 is required and analysts in particular maybe working with multiple teams at once. If one is able to record games, that would be greatly preferred.
