Winters Frost V2 is a competitive League Team and we are starting to Recruit for a second team! We are in the works of getting sponsored by the Varsity Gaming TeamSpeak Server! IP for the server is 176.31.166.2:1414 Be sure to join the server and get many more people to join for tournaments and cash/ prize winnings!

Team Bio:

Here at Winters Frost we currently have 1 team running, Winters Frost V2, we would like to get a second team up and running named Winters Frost eSports! Any rank is fine but we would like to make a challengers team consisting of Diamonds- Challenger players!! If we do happen to get enough people for that team to happen there will be pay for the team members the more we get established!

Team Information:

  • Voice Comms will be a must using TeamSpeak as the main! Server will be Varsity Gaming, IP for the server is 176.31.166.2:1414
  • Practices will be more determined after the roster is full! Right now they are scheduled to be Monday, Wednesday and Fridays @ 6pm PST and on
  • All spots are open the time of this being posted!
  • You coach will be SmiteMuffin he has a lot of experience in coaching, has coached 2 challengers teams from the EUW servers! He was interviewed to be Team Dignatis' coach earlier this year! His teams have been in Top 10 and 25 respectively and has coached for a team that went to DreamHack to be knocked out by Unicorns Of Love!
  • As mentioned above if a challenger team comes to us or enough players sign up to join one, there will be pay to the players when we get more sponsorships/ partnerships!

Player APP- Any Rank Time Zone: EST Current Rank: Silver 5 (Stopped playing ranked in July after hitting silver) Main Role: Jungle Sub Role: Top Main Champs: Evelynn RekSai Ekko Rengar Team Experience: Played Ranked 5's here and there; shotcaller Play-Style: Shotcaller, gank a lot with focus around mid and top, mostly leaves bot untouched though, like to build bruiser on many champs. Time Zone: Pacific Standard Time (California) Current Rank: Gold IV Main Role: Mid Sub Role: Support/ADC Main Champs: AP Kog'maw, Lulu, Orianna Team Experience: Some Ranked 5's with friends who didn't take it seriously. Got to Gold in Ranked 5v5 two seasons in a row. Playstyle: Supportive control mage and enabler for the team. Stronger emphasis on strategic map play than lane dominance. IGN: Toasted Pigeon

All that being said though, I honestly think that the player apps should have a Diamond cutoff point and that the analyst position should be open to all ranks. It's easier to have a lot of game knowledge and be able to gather data and analyse trends than it is to climb the ladder. Knowledge doesn't equal execution--a prime example is MonteCristo. Incredibly intelligent guy with a wealth of game knowledge, not a very good player. I'm more strongly interested in the analyst position than being a player, but your rules are your rules. Cheers!

Player APP- Any Rank Time Zone: Central Current Rank: Diamond 5 Main Role: Support/Adc Sub Role: Jungle Main Champs: Vayne, Janna, Thresh are my best but I can play every adc except kog, varus and draven and every support except lulu. Team Experience: I've played on casual teams but nothing at a high level. I would love to learn team strategy and the concepts that really show the difference between solo play and team play. Play-Style: I try to be a smart player. My goal is to never die, to win lane, to punish the enemy in lane, and to learn from every match. I like high mechanical champions as I push myself very hard to be good mechanically.
