GrandMaster Olympus LF Mid Top Jungler for Ranked Team

So I am creating a team to compete in The ols Tourney. The OLS is a mini version of Riots LCS style series. There is over 100$ in cash prize and 3200 in RP for first place.

I would like for people who apply to be plat or diamond. This team will have practice at least 1-2 times a week. We will be going for first place in the ols S3 and diamond in ranked 5s. I expect everyone to communicate and to be able to openly admit what they did wrong and how they can fix it. You must be open to advice and group Criticism. I do not want people who shut down and or quit talking in game because someone pointed out a mistake you will most likely be replaced. If you don't have a mic or just do not talk, do not apply. You will be expected to change your champ pool to champs that go with the meta and when the meta changes willing to learn new ones. I would like to hold practice any day of the week starting at 8 pm est and the days are just depending on the people who apply. I expect for the people who do make it on the team to be active.
