you last hit with Q get to 500 stacks and win game
Hey, Nasus main here, may be a bit late but incase you still want a different idea, I can give some tips. Some reference for me: Mastery 7 with 300k mastery points, maining since early S4, and played and won against diamonds consistently.
First of all, the build that was suggested above is wasted gold value from the start with CDR. It's heavily outdated, that was only meta on him before Trinity Force changes, and even then the build fell out of popularity when Zz'rot was introduced.
My current core build is
obv not always in that order since it's heavily dependant on situation, but it's the most common order of main items.
Viable boot options are
, as said depending on situation. A lotta slows but not too much other CC? Swifties. A lotta AP/CC? Merc Treads. A lotta AD/dependent on AA's? Ninja Tabi.
Other viable items after the core are

I go 0/18/12 on masteries, for stormraiders and 45% CDR. My runes consist of AD Reds, altho I suggest hybrid pen reds (I play an aggressive style early), Armor Yellows, altho scaling health yellows are also good if facing ap top lane, cdr blues, 1 cdr quint and 2 lifesteal quints.
I also take Flash and TP 95% of games.
If possible, try to rush
for 45% CDR quickly, which allows you to megastack very fast and trade.
Farm with Q, try not to die, ignore your team, split push. Now you are a master.
what is it you need help with on nasus exactly? overall he isnt in a favorable spot in the current meta...
maybe instead of say need coaching say what it is you need help with ?
You can add me and I can watch your games and give you tips. I am currently a Gold III Nasus main and got up to Gold I with him this season. I have over 1.3 million mastery with him since I almost exclusively play him.
There are a few other people that are in silver and Nasus mains that I talk to about Nasus. Some of them I spectate and give tips. There are also several other Nasus mains that post on the forums that I talk with who have been playing longer than me that are in Gold that I talk with as well.
I think largely Nasus is about decision-making and finding a build that works for your style of play. I probably play
less as a straight split-pusher and more as a skirmisher-split-pusher. I still avoid teamfights, but there are times when teamfighting is OK to push a lead and times when you cannot teamfight at all.
I would say for the most part you have 15-20 minutes to farm and then you have to do stuff.
I think understanding power spikes against top laners is really important and knowing when and when you can't kill in laning is extremely important.
this whole post is hilarious Edit; they're all NA Love this, love you guys stay true to yourselves Made my day. . Nasuscoaching followed by a wall of text. This is league. this is love.
You might as well skip all of those steps and play
. ;)
I just hit lvl 5 on nasus, but I guess I can be somehow helpful
Take ghost and tp Start cloth + 4 most of the time
In lane you can't really trade, so just stack your q, pop those health potions. Don't get in range of your enemy. At around 100 stacks you can quickly E+Q him, it should pop stormraiders and you won the trade. When you back you should buy sheen/kindlegem if against ap or sheen/glacial shroud against ad, for more stacking and resists.
I run 0/18/12 with the +5% cdr mastery and stormraiders For my runes I have 3 glyphs mr/lvl, 6 glyphs flat cdr, 9 seals armor, 9 mark AD, 2 quints armor and 1 quint cdr/lvl. This optimized cdr build should allow you to be very tanky while stacking a lot.
If you lose lane stay top and stack your Q as much as possible to be relevant late If you win lane roam to get objectives. I won a game myself assisting every turret except one I think (killing 6 in the process)
Your end build should look like this:
