Plat V - Searching for Team (Jungle/Support)

Greetings everyone! I'm currently looking for a team to start playing with as a Jungle/Support. I've played since Season 1, and ended Season 5 as a Plat V. I have great map awareness, ganks, and ability to make good calls.

I have any voice program necessary, and am open almost every night past 9pm, if not sooner.
