Lvl 16 LF clan to join and learn with.

Hello all, my name is NeedsMoarDragonz and I am looking for a clan to join up with. I am a level 16 summoner and still have quite a bit to learn. That said, I am not a complete LoL noob. In search of a good community( NA server) that has 0 drama and no squeakers. If you might be that community or know of one I can check out please let me know.
