True Minded Gaming(Amateur LCS Series) is looking for more shoutcasters and streamers!
The True Minded Gaming Champions Series is an amateur LCS series that is run by the gaming organization "True Minded Gaming". Our series does not have an entry fee, but it does have a $150 prize pool. Our series is for teams of all ranks, with the exception that no player is allowed to be Diamond 3 or above. We have 12 teams in our series, which are split into two divisions of six. Teams play every weekend in a best of 2 series.

What we are looking for:
Broadcast manager: The broadcaster manager, also known as the head of broadcasting, is a position that monitors all of the casters and streamers in our organization. He or she works closely with both upper management and the casting/streaming crew, and your main job would be making sure that deadlines are set and met to our expectations. You would be responsible for scheduling 2 casters and a streamer for each time slot, and making sure that they are available for that time. The broadcast manager would be responsible for a weekly meeting with all of the casters and streamers, which would go over the things that need to be improved for next week, and making sure that everything is set for next week. This is NOT a paying position, but we are open to all candidates who are serious and dedicated, and it is a great learning experience for those who are interested in expanding their experience in eSports.
Casters: We are looking for both play by play and color casters. This is a pretty self-explanatory job, but casters should have a working mic, stable internet, and an open schedule on weekends. Casters are expected to show up to both the weekly broadcasting meeting and the weekly casting meeting, and during the weekends you must be available for at least 4 hours to cast(not each day, just overall)
Streamers: As a Camera/Stream Operator with True Minded Gaming, you are responsible for the quality and consistency of the content put out on our Live Stream during game nights. You are savvy with programs like XSplit, and OBS Studio, and able to seamlessly transition between scenes to provide an exciting broadcast. You'll work closely with our graphics team to integrate the viewing experience with overlays and team information, as well as cue in/out our shoutcasters during the live stream to provide a professional broadcast.
