Hello everyone, I am Cone, the owner of True Minded Gaming, and we are looking for Diamond 5+ players. This is an entirely diamond team with the goal of hitting high diamond, and playing in the battlegrounds for the NA Challenger Series. This is an extremely dedicated team that will be playing several times a week, and improving steadily. So if you are not willing to make a full commitment, please don't apply. And finally punctuality is key and will be valued highly.

Requirements for players:

Must be Diamond 5+ be able to deal with negative players and not exhibit such qualities yourself (Zero Toxicity policy) can give and take constructive criticism without hard feelings seriously want to climb has voice communications and working mic punctuality(must be online and not away/ingame when for scrims/ranked/meetings)

We are looking for all roles EXCEPT FOR ADC!

Age: 21

Rank: P2 (I was d5 earlier this season, had a little of a rough stretch but looking to get back quickly to climb as far as I can)

Role: Mid lane Top Champs: Annie, Ahri, Fizz, Orianna, Lux

Schedule: Available every day after 6pm EST

Team experience: Have been on multiple teams the past few seasons, accustomed to the team aspect (practices, comms, schedule, scrims, etc).

Strengths: Generally win lane and carry to my best potential in each and every game. If lane is not going well, will adjust and play safe and around the team. Ward and roam well. Have shot-called relatively successfully in the recent past. (objectives + teamfights)

Weaknesses(improvements needed): Improve upon my shot-calling to aid the team. Improve my mid-game roams to help team get ahead. Improve my game-play and mindset when camped in a game. And generally keep improving my skill as a mid-laner.

Reasons for wanting this team: I've been looking for players around my elo/skill level that take this game extremely seriously and aim to win and climb the ladder while maintaining a fun and competitive environment. Such an opportunity as this team would give me the best chance to improve my own individual skill and improve as a team player (climb with the team). I dedicate a lot of my time to the team that I am a part of and am willing to go the extra mile.

Rank: Diamond 5 (was diamond 4 like a month ago)

Role: Mid lane

Top champions in the role(5 min): Fizz, Zed, Ahri, Leblank, Azir. i can try to play what is needed i like to have a huge champion pool

Do you have a relatively open schedule?: Monday 6 pm EST Wednesday 6 pm EST and Friday 6 pm EST. possibly every day just would need to make sure i could on those days

Any prior team experience?: Had a ranked 5s team with friends got to silver 5 but riot removed ranked team so we just stopped lol

List some of your Strengths: I think i can lane well and play most champs in the mid lane if i try hard enough. Weakness: I tend to blame my self in my head that the reason we lost is because of me because i couldn't carry but its a good and bad thing when looking to improve

List a few things you would like to improve on: I would like to improve on game knowledge and mechanics to become the best mid laner i would want to be one thing that really makes me want to join a team is to show that i can be good at something and possibly one day become a great mid laner but that day is still far away and i just want to improve Fizz Zed Ahri Azir Leblanc

Do you have a relatively open schedule?: Yes, I am currently doing online coursework for college which i can do at any time Any prior team experience?: No

List some of your Strengths: Knowing strengths and weaknesses of myself, my enemies, and the team compositions as a whole. Item powerspikes, scaling, matchups. I am very good at teamfighting as well and know my role in each game. I never feed lane, and if I fall behind i can stay relevant in the game.

List a few things you would like to improve on: My early laning is slightly weaker than I would like it to be. I'm not sure if I need more practice or if it is due to my favoritism to weak early champs like fizz and kassadin.

Reasons for wanting to join such a team: I joined diamond a month ago after really gearing down on my play and focusing on improving. I have been playing league for 3 years and I feel like I have gone nearly as far as I can go by myself. I would like to join a team to practice serious team play, communication, and gain a depth of understand of how I can work together in a 5v5 context rather than trying to carry games solo. I feel like I am good enough for this team and i'd love to improve with you guys.
