Gold2 Flex Top/Mid Im needing to join a 55%+ win rate team

Well Im needing to do some games tonight and tomorrow,. if you or someone you know does have a flex team and the focus on challenger add me in game so we can begin working since its difficult to solo with all the current trioqs gutting my rating.
