About the team. / Things I need from team members.

Organized Kaos - This is the name of the team.

This team is being created to play in tournaments / LCS type series'. This team is striving to play in the OGZ black league, The league we're trying to join bases team members on every season of league. For example. Members must have been gold - plat in atleast 1 season ( do not have to be currently.) But can never have been ranked above platinum in any season. ( If you need this clarified ask me.) You will need to be able to show up on game days on time, you will be replaced if you can't. Users need to have a good attitude whether winning or losing. No one likes to play with someone who is being a jerk. Again, if you can't handle this you will be replaced. It also should go without saying that griefing team members based on their current ranks is an instant dismissal from the team. All team members will need to register on the community website , if you're not okay with this you can't play for the team. Team members need to be 18+ as well as when they're playing with the team, but able to play without distractions. What I mean by this is I've been on teams where it's like every game someones parents are talking to them while we're in voice chat trying to focus on the game. That's hard to do when listening to someones parents all the time. This sort of goes with the last one, but I need the team members to play to win. Losing is fine, and it WILL happen. but if 4 members are trying their hardest, and 1 member is joking around 24/7 it can put the other members on tilt. Team members are not going to just be the first 4 guys who reply. I'm going to read your replies / look you up / most likely talk to the majority of people who reply to get a feel of you. Once I choose 4 members, THEN I will look for substitutes, Honestly I'll probably be more specific on the subs, because they will need to be able to play more than 1 role well. Team members need to be able to use teamspeak 3, and also need a headset. the reason for the headset is it's really annoying playing a game and the game noise / voices echoing because someone is using speakers and a mic rather than a headset. Also if your headset is trash / has really bad quality, you most likely won't be chosen. This team is being made to play in the next series, if something happens and we don't make it into the series, I intend to still stick with the team for dynamic que / ranked 5s when it comes back and other tournaments if the opportunity arises.

Thank you for reading my topic, the league isn't set to start for a couple of weeks, so in that time i will be ironing out a roster and hopefully we will get some practice time in together.
