LF group to play with to improve my skills

I have had my LoL account for sometime now, but just recently a few months ago really got into the game. I have found that playing games with random people verses playing in a group together a lot is way different. I'm into gaming and am somewhat competitive, along with playing for fun. I haev been playing mainly top and mid, with some jungle here and there. Have played 0 ranked games...as I am only lvl 29. So, I am basically looking for some help to get better at LoL.

I used do this all the time add me and I can at least Duo with you (by this I mean help new players get acclimated to the game). I can explain pretty much any aspect of the game, and I don't rage or go on tilt (generally) I also have a bunch of resources I have accrued over the years (youtube videos, wordpress) which help explain the game.

However, I have been playing since pre-season 1, and my Win/Loss ratio on normal's is like 1.4, so I get matched get gold/plat constantly so expect it to be tough. I am not pro by any means, but I have a ton of experience and would consider myself an above average player.

I have curse voice as well, just add me.
