Looking for Senpai

I'm currently Silver 5 looking to climb. I need a senpai to teach me to league. I've been told by a couple high elo players that I'll climb pretty quick, but I've been grinding and getting nowhere. I'm not looking for someone to carry me, you don't even have to duo with me if you don't want. just teach me how to league plox! I have curse, skype, ts, etc add me ign or post any questions/concerns here
