I am the Assistant Director of the Vigilant Addiction eSports Brand for League of Legends. I am looking for a Master+ Coach for our League of Legends Team which is currently Plat 5 with 84 LP. As a Brand, we are looking for that unique and passionate person that can dedicate the time needed to improve the team and reach our goals; the Challenger Cup this season being one of them. You do understand that the best coaches in the business are low elo or have 0 league experience at all don't you? Your post automatically makes me assume that you have no clue as to what you're looking for nor what you need.

If this isn't enough of an explanation or you are actually serious about finding a coach feel free to message me in game. But I can already tell your mentality is out of place.

Then again you have it backward. The coach has to have supreme authority. Obviously as a leader, respect has to be earned but if you aren't getting respect going in at first then trust me, the problem isnt with the coach its your team. And you will never ever get anywhere with that mentality. It just causes infighting.

I don't think anybody under Masters should be a coach ( except maybe 1-2 outliners , but lets be real here ). Anybody under that wanting to be a "coach" is usually somebody lazy with no future looking for an easy ticket into the industry.

hawketyron i never said that i did not have there respect my team respects me very much for one i am the Assistant Director of the teams i already have a coach for of my teams i was agree with you to a point but what i was say is this some plays look at rank over skills and they have to find out on there own that that not always the case so if you not going to help or coach for my team or not interested in the job then why are you steal posting

and for tsf kohana he is right some of the pro coach are not even masters some are just gold to be a coach dose not mean you have to be a master+ i am asking for a master+ because that is something i looking for i would like a master coach for many reason my team is plat 5 going to plat 4 they are already going up agents master+ players and have the exp of a person that is a master is good for the team right now. but i am open for anyone to coach but they will have to go throw a interview to see if they are up to the challenge.

Drop the idea that you're going to get challenger cup this season, maybe in 3 years.

Your team is too inexperienced and too ambitious, you should be preparing well to pay for an experienced coach that can even get you there in 1 1/2 years, I'm taking at least $45/hr for JUST team coaching, individual coaching aside look to pay $80-100 a lesson for advanced players.

Unless your team is all above diamond, don't expect to get there this season . Stop dreaming and look to reality and start with actually realistic goals.

are team is diamond and above and they are going to make it ti diamond as a team they made to plat 5 before the season ended in less then a week and and are working throw to plat 4 with np so they will make diamond this season those they will be ably to try out for the challenger cup do to the fact they are letting diamonds do it this year
