First we don't care about your elo, we care about your skill in decision making, The skills you need to be our manager are as follow: Easy to talk to , informative, have a mic , speak english , be able to talk to a coaching staff, be able to sign up teams for a tournement and finally be able to debate with people. You have to be avaliable on fridays 8- 12 and saturdays all day. See you soon!
