Looking for Serious Gold 1+ team.

I am an ADC main, peek plat 4 last season recently lost my account (my own stupidity) So i have a new account i started grinding on. I have been on plenty of team before only a couple that stayed together for a while. I am an easy guy to get a long with and i know when to have fun but on the other hand i want to win and go far as a team, i don't want to mess around and play casually, i want a team that has Practice & scrims daily.
