Mature, Dedicated Environment being created for a ranked 5's team to thrive in.

Hello and thanks for looking into joining this ranked 5's team. My name is Finte (pronounced Fin-Tay) and I'm looking to make a 5's team that will stick together and play regularly. We will win as a team and lose as team. Before I waste your time and make you read an unnecessarily long post, I will list below what I believe should be the qualities of anyone looking to dedicated themselves to a "serious" (annoyingly overused tag) ranked 5's team. To join this team I will list below what you should and should not be. If you agree/meet requirements, this team may be for you. If you disagree or do not meet requirements, that is perfectly fine and I hope you find what you are looking for.

You SHOULD be:
-Mature -Intellectual both in and out of game
-Of platinum ranking or ABOVE in solo que
-Aware of all current metas across every professional LoL region
-A main of the role you are trying out for
-Confident in your own ability
-Able to play from ahead (snowball) or behind (recover)
-Open to criticism
-Able to explain your builds and decisions in relevance to each individual match
-An owner of at least 5 rune pages and most champions
-A calm, collected, individual aware of your own limitations
-A humble teammate
-Skilled both mechanically and with game sense

You should NOT be

• In high school. (You do not have the time to dedicate right now) -Self centered or arrogant -Prone to surrendering(GG@20, "He's so fed", "We aren't coming back") -Over Confident -Unable to play at your best every game -Unable to provide a schedule of upcoming events 2 weeks ahead -Easily angered or unable to control making negative comments -Close minded. You are NOT the best, but you can be with effort -The guy with the crappy environment(Background noise, bad mic) -Unable to talk during any practice -Entering a team that you do not intend to spend a lot of time with -Joking around or trolling in ANY ranked game. End it fast and efficiently always -Someone who blames others for their own mistakes

These are all my own opinions and a few important qualities I believe a player looking to play at a high level should have. If you agree with most of what I've said above, please fill out the short application below and I will add you in the league client. This is not going to happen over night. The roster will slowly be developed over time, removing players who don't synergize and finding new ones that round out our flaws as a team. At this point in time I am just looking to find four other players with the same mindset who are ready to get a quality team going.
