High Bronze-Low Silver Creating Team! Looking for recruits + Many Requirements

Hi, my name is VG Wolf Boi, but you can call me Lyte. I am a Silver 4 looking to find dedicated players to start a ranked team for this summer. You need to be on roughly daily and be able to practice and TAKE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM. There will be many requirements that include, Knowledge of 7 Champions in 1 lane, Skype/Teamspeak, Email, 3 Champions you need to Learn, and PATIENCE. Please note we will talk about this later, you DO NOT NEED to put any information on this board except your Summoner Name, TIME ZONE, the role you want and Your Skype. INTERVIEWS ARE NOT OPTIONAL!!! We will need to practice before we play, design comps, scrim, and other things. If you can't meet the standards of an ABOVE average Silver, you may get removed from the team. I will be doing interviews until FRIDAY. Message me on Skype and we can set something up, remember, YOU find ME, not the other way around.

We need 6 Players. Why? Because I will be filling the MID role.

Please note I will be acting as coach first, until we branch out and see where we go from there, we may then ask for a coach.

TOP - OPEN JUNGLE - OPEN MID - Taken :3 ADC - OPEN SUPPORT - OPEN You need to be able to play SEVEN CHAMPIONS in your role, NO OTHER ROLES, the 3 you need to learn is something I will help you with. WE ALSO NEED 2 players for Substitute 1 - OPEN Substitute 2 - OPEN You may not play ALL the games on the team, but you will be needed. This role is harder because you need to be able to play SEVEN champions in TWO roles. If you are applying for this, tell me that on skype.
