Silver 2 Mid/top main LF 5 man team

Last season I reached gold 5 and this season I'm just looking to get gold and get rewards.

Champions I play: Mid: Azir (main), Talon, Zed, Syndra Top: Sion, Jayce, Darius, Talon

I HIGHLY prefer Azir mid and have been having some good games since the rework. I have a number of other champs I can play but I'm trying to keep the pool small for climbing. I'm not the best shot-caller but I am a team player. I call mia's, and try to coordinate with ganks/roaming and counterganking or warding.
