LF Mid Laner to duo with pref Plat +

Looking for a mid laner who can win lane every game (cs,kills), be a significant factor in teamfights, and plays Tier 1 Mid Lane heros, I pretty much do the same thing but for top, looking to get a massive win streak 20+, so if you can't do the things listed above please don't add me.
