Introduction Looking for players that are serious about playing and trying to get into challenger series. I myself, will be managing this team and making sure you are all on online for practice and making it to the matches. I’ll be in charge of finding coach once we hit certain levels and will do whatever I can do to make sure the players can perform at the highest level possible. I will help anyway I can from talking to players, to replacing players, or anything to make sure that everyone is comfortable. This team will be going for spring split of challenger series, so we have time to get a solid roster and build synergy for the upcoming season.

Tryouts -Gameplay -VOD Reviews -Voice Comms -Small Interview

Expectations -17 years old -If 16 years old, be at least 17 by the time challenger series starts -Mature -Mid Diamond+ -Will take low diamond as a sub or someone that we will shape into being a starter like a prodigy -Motivation -Commitment -Communication in & out of the game -Adaptation -Learn from and listen to coaches -Positive

Bonuses -Shot calling -Large champion pool -Available a lot

Other -Team practice times will be decided once players have been chosen -There will be scrims -Play solo queue to adapt to the meta, try new champs, and keep ranking up -Organization will have high expectations and goals for the team, so have them for yourself

Was gold before i played 900games this season and i'll do the same next season went from gold 5 to plat 1 this season and i want to get master before the end of season 6. I know you are looking for mid diamond but i swear i'll keep increasing . I'm also looking at lcs games all week end long during my job ( well my job is pretty cool ) and learning about strategie rotaion and all jungle aspects . I'm not a prodigy but i think i can become a key player .
